Workflow and Architecture
=========================
The Climate DT workflow integrates simulation production, post-processing, and
validation. All computational jobs are orchestrated automatically via
`Autosubmit `_.
A Data Quality Checker (DQC) validates each output for completeness, missing data,
and physical consistency prior to release. Output is available at hourly, daily mean,
and monthly mean frequency, with hourly atmospheric output unprecedented for climate
simulations.
For further details on the Climate DT data infrastructure
and workflow, see `Doblas-Reyes et al. (2025)
`_.

Application for Uncertainty Quantification and Quality Assessment (AQUA)
------------------------------------------------------------------------
`AQUA `_ (Nurisso et al., 2026) is an
open-source software package used to evaluate ongoing Climate DT simulations and
generate standard diagnostics automatically. External users can also use AQUA
independently to process and analyse Climate DT output. See the
`AQUA article `_
for an introduction.
