If you want to take your ethical approach further, Ekitia offers, in addition to Eki’learning, an ethical label for digital projects and solutions.

Origin and co-construction of the Label

The Ekitia labelling programme has been designed to complement Ekitia’s current activities, which all aim to promote the ethical, equitable and sovereign use of data. It promotes digital projects that have adopted an ethical approach from the design stage throughout the various stages of the data lifecycle. Like our Ethical Charter, our label is evolving: the evaluation grid is updated annually to reflect technological advances and legislative and societal developments.

The Ekitia Label evaluation grid

The Ekitia Label evaluation grid was developed in collaboration with our first independent evaluator, Goodalgo. Goodalgo is a company that specialises in providing ethical support for digital projects and developing ethical and responsible AI systems. The criteria in the grid are therefore the result of multidisciplinary work combining data science and ethics expertise.

The purpose of these criteria is to verify compliance with the various principles of the Ethical Charter for Data Use at the different stages of the data life cycle (creation, collection, cleaning, storage, analysis, sharing, reuse, etc.).
