Getting Started

Prerequisites

Access to HireNext requires a valid DESP account. If you do not yet have one, register at the DESP Web Portal.

Logging in

  1. Open the HireNext web application.

  2. Click Sign in in the top-right corner.

  3. You will be redirected to the DESP Keycloak identity provider.

  4. Enter your DESP credentials and confirm any multi-factor authentication prompt.

  5. After successful authentication you are returned to the HireNext dashboard.

Your session is maintained by a secure HTTP-only cookie. Tokens are automatically refreshed in the background; you will only be asked to log in again after an extended period of inactivity.

Logging out

Click the user icon in the top-right corner and select Sign out. This invalidates your session on both the HireNext backend and the DESP Keycloak server.
