The Destination Earth System’s User Access Policy governs access to the DestinE Platform services.

All users belonging to the General Public user category are able – further to registration – to access selected services and operational features of the current system.

Specific categories of users, that include public authorities, academia and research and SMEs and start-ups, may Apply for upgraded access to utilise the available Destination Earth’s advanced features and services to test, help improve and develop the system.

• After registering your DestinE Platform account, Sign In and select the Access Policy Upgrade link available under your profile.
• The available options for applying for Upgraded Access depend on your User Category, which is based on your User Profile. Make sure you fill in the User profile field in your Account Settings.
• Fill in the Access Policy Upgrade Request form as requested, accept the Terms & Conditions for DestinE Priority Users and submit your request.

Once you submit your request, it will be evaluated for alignment with the Destination Earth User Access Policy. This process may take several business days, so please do not submit another request in the meantime.

During the review of your request, you may be contacted by the evaluators to provide further clarifications. Once the process is complete, you will be informed by email of the approval or rejection of your Upgraded Access request.
