Troubleshooting

I’ve selected a parameter and a date, but I can’t see any data appearing on the map

  • To load the data, you need to press the “Load data” button

  • If the data still isn’t showing, the area may be covered by clouds. Tick the box at the top of the screen and then refresh the data to see the clouds displayed in grey.

  • Finally, if the area is not covered by clouds, it is certainly on the edge of a tile. The date is therefore shown as available because there is data on the tile, but in reality this body of water lies outside the area covered on that day.
