CONOPS is a state-of-the-art early warning service that predicts mosquito population dynamics and the associated risk of mosquito-borne diseases, supporting climate adaptation and public health resilience. It integrates multiple data sources including Earth Observation data, meteorological datasets, socio-economic indicators, EUROSTAT statistics and historical disease records. Using advanced machine learning, CONOPS generates high-resolution predictions at 2×2 km spatial scale and up to 6 months ahead, delivering actionable intelligence for public authorities, health agencies, researchers, and policy makers across Europe.

Video Tutorials
This video tutorial provides a guided walkthrough of the CONOPS Advanced Application Service. It demonstrates how users can access the service, configure prediction parameters, select regions of interest, and interpret the outputs produced by the MAMOTH mosquito abundance model and the Disease Vulnerability Index. The tutorial is designed to support public authorities, health agencies, and researchers in operational early warning, risk assessment, and climate adaptation planning.
