What’s new in this release?
- Natural hazards as new datasets
Users can add data related to natural hazards in their stories. The new data is generated from the Copernicus Emergency Monitoring Service.

- DEA AI Assistant (beta)
Users can create sample stories using natural language directly from the DEA landing page with the support of the new DEA Copilot.

- Dedicated custom storage for tenancy members
Project participants can access a dedicated workspace for managing their stories, with a reserved storage of size from 10 GB to 1 TB for their own assets. This is only the beginning of the new features that will be implemented in the context of the DestinE tenancy to improve collaboration and customisation of DEA user stories.

- Map pins improvement: Users can drag and clone an existing pin and customise the pin’s title.
- Optimised UX on mobile: The visualisation of the stories was improved on mobile devices in landscape orientation.
Deployment details
The new release will be deployed on 4 December starting at 10:30 AM CET, with minimal service downtime of approximately 2 hours.
