CC-PLAN, developed by CGI, is a data-driven dashboard built on Synthesis, a tool within the Insula Processing framework.

The service aims at strengthening climate resilience planning through improved data integration, advanced analytics, and a more streamlined user experience.

CC-PLAN enables decision-makers to visualise, interpret, and act on climate-related information more effectively on several thematic areas, such as:

• Urban Heat Island (UHI) – Providing insights for urban planning to address and reduce the impacts of urban heat waves.
• Flight Climatic Analysis (FCA) – Supporting air route planning by analyzing how changing climatic conditions may affect aviation operations.
