The Destination Earth Data Lake Harmonised Data Access (HDA) API provides seamless access to DestinE Data and Federated Data as per the DestinE Data Portfolio.
We are pleased to announce a new version of the HDA (STAC) API. This updated version provides enhanced integration of ECMWF datasets, more intuitive access to data and new dedicated endpoints.
What’s new in this release?
- STAC API v2 – a new version of the STAC interface, available at the /stac/v2 endpoint, offering greater flexibility and alignment with the latest standards (the previous version remains available for backward compatibility during the transition period, but we strongly recommend switching to the new version moving forward)
- STAC 1.0.0 compliant
- Enhanced ECMWF integration
- Dedicated /order endpoints
- Direct /data access endpoints
- Standardised error handling
