The DestinE Platform will participate in the EGU General Assembly 2026, taking place in Vienna, Austria and online from 3 to 8 May 2026.
EGU26 will bring together the geoscience community to exchange ideas, present research, and discuss the latest developments across Earth, planetary, and space sciences. This year, the DestinE Platform will contribute to the programme with a poster presentation and a dedicated session at the ESA stand, highlighting how the Platform supports the transformation of Earth system science into actionable services.
- Poster presentationThe DestinE Platform will be featured in the poster “DestinE Platform: Transforming Earth System Science into Actionable Services”.The poster will present the role of the DestinE Platform in supporting users in accessing and exploiting Destination Earth capabilities. It will also highlight how the Platform helps translate advanced Earth system science, digital twins, data services, and user-oriented tools into actionable insights for climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction, urban resilience, and sustainable development.
