SOLVED – Temporary availability issues on 5 November

Platform availability was temporarily impacted on 5 November due to an issue in the cloud infrastructure.

Due to technical problems affecting the cloud infrastructure, the platform experienced temporary availability issues on 5 November, from 06:47 to 09:05 CET.

The issue has now been resolved, and full functionality has been restored. We are currently verifying that all impacted services are back to nominal.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank all users for their understanding.
