Scheduled maintenance affecting LUMI, MN5 & LEONARDO polytope service

On 3 September 2026, from 11:30 to 13:00 CEST, scheduled maintenance will temporarily interrupt the Polytope service on the LUMI, MN5 and LEONARDO data bridges.

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled system session affecting the LUMI, MN5 & LEONARDO polytope service on:

  • Date: Thursday 03 September 2026
  • Time: 11:30 – 13:00 CEST (1.5 hours)

Impact

  • Active polytope requests will be allowed to finish but polling of their status will fail for the duration of the session while the service is offline.
  • Queued polytope requests may be lost as part of the session.
  • Polytope requests will not be able to serve data from the data bridges during this time.

Reason for Maintenance

This session will be used to provide some incremental upgrades and some fixes to the polytope service including:

  • Fix issue with polytope worker memory and stale connections

  • Fix some issues for feature extraction over ranges

  • Fix some issues with the NATS bucket associated to the frontend

  • various other small fixes and upgrades
