Introduction

MoMo (Motion Modeling) is an Advanced Application Service (AAS) integrated into the Destination Earth (DestinE) Platform. The application enables users to model and interpret georeferenced InSAR deformation time series by applying statistical modeling techniques and integrating external variables such as temperature, precipitation, and water level.

The main objectives of MoMo are to allow users to:

  • Analyze deformation patterns over time

  • Detect changes in deformation trends (breakpoints)

  • Assess the influence of external drivers on deformation behavior

  • Distinguish stable deformation patterns from potentially critical evolution
